Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to your details when you use this website or get in touch with King Window Cleaning. Last updated October 2026.

Who I am

King Window Cleaning is run by Zac, based in Knebworth, Hertfordshire. If you have a question about your data, email zkingwindowcleaning@gmail.com or call 07985 165603.

What this website collects

Nothing is stored by this website. The quote form does not send anything to a server. It opens your own text or email app with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.

There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking on this site.

When you contact me

If you call, text, WhatsApp or email me, I receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, address, phone number and what needs cleaning. I use them to reply, give you a quote, book and carry out the work, and take payment.

I don't sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing.

How long I keep it

I keep your details for as long as you're a customer, and keep payment records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounts. If you stop using me, you can ask me to delete your details.

Other services this site uses

• The map of the areas I cover loads its code from cdnjs (run by Cloudflare) and its map images from OpenStreetMap, so your browser connects to them when you scroll to the map.
• If you message me on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (part of Meta) under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Email me and I'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
